 Verified We absolutely loved staying at Larry's place! The animals, including the beautiful birds that visited the property, made this stay so incredibly special. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the range of food options that were only a short drive into town. We didn't want to leave, so we would definitely stay again!

 Verified We had a lovely stay at Bird Haven. Larry accommodated us at a last minute book in. He was very obliging, and helped us out when we arrived into Mareeba late with no booking.It was so nice waking up in the morning to a lovely outlook and seeing a hot-air ballon rising into the sky.

 Verified We spent one night at this beautiful and very special place and would’ve loved to stay longer (not possible due to work unfortunately). The house feels so cozy and comfortable, very well equipped with everything you could ask for, the surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful, and the animals are obviously a big plus aswell. Larry was very helpful and welcoming and reached out to us before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.  Verified A truly wonderful place to stay in a fantastic location! So peaceful, great farm animals that our kids loved feeding and amazing birds in the garden in the morning.
